We are a growing staffing agency based out of New Haven, Connecticut, specialized in the placing of remote software development professionals to work directly with our clients located exclusively within the United States.We are currently looking for an Entry Level Human Resources Associate for one of our clients, a recruiting agency based out of Connecticut.
The Project
- This position is responsible for assisting the Human Resources Managers in the operation of the business units HR Department with the purpose of maintaining an effective and efficient human resource function
- This position is intended to provide training and experience to prepare incumbent to assume other roles within the company
- We are offering a full-time and permanent position and the opportunity to grow within our organization
Responsibilities
- Screen job applicants to obtain information such as education and work experience
- Refer qualified applications to employing official
- Conduct internet research
- Prepare reports for managers
- Other administrative/support related activities
Requirements
- Student or recent gradudated of Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Psychology or any other related career
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Flexibility tu support different departments inside the organization
- Highly responsible and committed with strong attention to details
- Deadline oriented
- Responsive and client oriented
- Can work independently or without supervision
- Strong English communication skills both written and spoken
- Must have a high-speed and reliable internet connection as well as availability to communicate with our team and our clients during US business hours (from 9am to 6pm EST)
